1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using UK Repair Team services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
UK Repair Team provides boiler and appliance repair services across the United Kingdom. Our services include:
- Boiler repair and maintenance
- Kitchen appliance repair
- TV and electronics repair
- Plumbing and drainage services
- Emergency repair services
3. Subscription Services
We offer subscription-based repair services with the following terms:
- Main Boiler Service: £24.99/month - covers annual boiler service and emergency callouts
- Add-on Services: Additional coverage for specific appliances and systems
- Payment: Monthly billing via secure payment methods
- Cancellation: 30 days notice required for service cancellation
4. Service Coverage
Our services cover:
- Annual boiler service and safety checks
- Emergency callouts
- Parts and labor for covered repairs
- Technical support and advice
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not covered and If you need a replacement boile, if your boiler is not repairable and u need to receive a new boiler you will be entitled provided you have had a plan with us for more 36 consecutive months and your boiler is less than 10 years old
5. User Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and property information
- Allow access to covered equipment for service
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Notify us of any changes to covered equipment
- Pay subscription fees on time
6. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available for covered equipment. Response times may vary based on location and availability. Non-emergency repairs will be scheduled within 5-7 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
UK Repair Team's liability is limited to the cost of repairs or replacement of covered equipment. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business or income
- Damage to property not covered under the service
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. Refunds for unused portions of the month will be processed within 14 business days. No refunds for services already provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
